WELCOME TO MANHATTAN

So, I've been sitting here for the past hour debating whether or not I want to spend $10 on a salad from the  resteraunt up the street, yes TEN DOLLARS for a f*ing salad. It's not that living in Manhattan is extrememly expensive, though it is, but what really eats your money is EATING in Manhattan.  I'm not even talking fine dining here, I'm talking the pizza shop up the street where you end up spending nearly $4 on a slice! Then, when I try to do the "right" thing, or the things my mother tells me to do, like buy groceries it's no better.  I know if you live in NY you've heard of GRISTEDES. Gristedes, omg they're so expensive for no reason. I'm sad, I want a salad, and what's even sadder is the fact that it's only $10 that I'm debating whether or not I want to spend, but I don't have a job, and tomorrow it will be another $10, and the day after that, and the day after that so by the end of the week I will have spent roughly  $70 on food, why? Because I live in Manhattan!

thank God for meal plans, lol. but if you want "reasonably" priced groceries you might have to travel to a pathmark or associated. and i hope that $10 salad comes with a cure for cancer or something. ridiculous.

HAHAHAHA I'M SO LAZY LOL PATHMARK IS CHEAP AS HELL AND THE SALAD DOESN'T EVEN COME WITH A SIDE OF BREAD, UNLESS OF COURSE THEY'RE FEELING "GENEROUS" WHICH IS RARE. I NEVER HAD A MEAL PLAN, EVER LOL I'M DESTITUTE. LOL
